We may go into the wedding cake business when we get home. We've been making these crazy cakes for district meetings. They have no eggs and are pretty heavy. This one was four layers and I'm sure it weighed fifteen pounds. Payless market had some outdated white frosting and we topped it off with shredded coconut.
