Walking in the sand in Laura. Jungle view in Laura. Eat your heart out all of you fishermen. This was the winning marlin at the monthly marlin fishing contest in Majuro. They immediately cut it up after pictures are taken and if any of it doesn't sell they take it to the hospital. Elder Rose and Elder Patten standing on what we believe is a WWll Japanese tank or some kind of armored personnel carrier. The tide was out when we took the picture. We are standing on a piece of the turret.

All I can say is that you guys are never going to want to leave the Marshall Islands. You're having too much fun doing missionary work and living in a tropical paradise. Continue to have fun because a year and a half is a short time.
Elder John and Sister Lois Patten are on a mission in the Marshall Islands. This is their story, for all the kids, grandkids, friends, and relatives who want to keep up with their mission happenings.
